TWICE IN A ROW. I HAVE PLASTIC FLOATING IN MY LOTUS. this happened TWO weeks ago at this location. TODAY it happened at their location down the street. Today i gave CAFE DARTE benefit of the doubt….yet here i am with TWO drinks back to back, weeks apart with PLASTIC in the drink, i lost the plastic bit as i took it off the top of my loverboy lotus….or else id have a pic this one as well. absolutely ridiculous. Unclean & disgusting. Now i wonder how often does this happen???
Always served with a smile. They all seem to have a great aditude and customer service skills.
I've been coming here for a few years now and I have never been disappointed by a single drink. Every barista has been so sweet and they always remember what I get (including flavors I don't like). Always a wonderful experience coming here.
Drive-Thu/Drive-By Cafe. Nice way to get a quick coffee or Hot Chocolate / Hot Coco in the mornings. They also have some food you can order too, but I've only had the muffins (which I liked).
I ordered two strawberry banana smoothies on July 10th and both had pieces of plastic in them. I called and left a message within about 20 minutes to picking up the drinks and no one has called back or made an attempt to contact me. We will not be returning.
