Flatbread & Butter

I had the pleasure of coming this morning. I got a Biscoff Matcha and avocado toast. It was so delicious. The Matcha was made with so much love and the avocado Toast was exactly how I ordered it with extra feta and onions, even though it was pretty busy today my food and drinks came out at a reasonable time. The staff here is exceptional, Their education on the menu and willingness to serve you while you order and the joy they have in their faces is so welcoming.We’ll definitely be coming back!!Thank you Frankie,Eva,Vanessa for an amazing experience.

Very simple menu with healthy and flavorful food made fresh. Definitely a college student vibe with service but no complaints. Enjoyed the Avocado Toast with smoked salmon added.

A group of us girls stopped by for some morning coffee, and it was such a nice experience! I had the caramel iced latte, which was delicious, and my friends tried the matcha and the Biscoff drinks, they all said their matcha was really good. The café itself is super cute with a fantastic atmosphere. Perfect spot to relax and catch up over coffee!

I had the biscoff latte and it was incredible, so smooth and the flavors weren’t overpowering. My daughter had the strawberry matcha and they sifted the powder and used a bamboo whisk. Delicious! We also tried the hot honey pepperoni pizza and it was amazing. We loved everything!

SO good!! Found Flatbread and Butter when looking for a fun coffee shop near the riverwalk. It’s a bit hidden under a residential building and offices, but it’s super cozy! Their food is excellent! Had the chicken melt and the breakfast burrito. Great size and filling for sure! Coffee was amazing. We had the Bananas and the Biscoff latte! Both were so good, I love anything banana and this hit just right - not too sweet of overpowering. I can’t wait to come back!! Highly recommend. Service was super nice too, guy at the front really did great in helping us.
