This was my first time in Vail and I stopped in to get a quick bite to go. The woman at the counter was very rude and unhelpful to the point that I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Due to this, I will not be back. Good customer service is a dying art.

Great place to grab gelato in Vail. They have some great flavors! I definitely recommend the chocolate chip and/or the chocolate chip cookie dough. Both have nice chunks of mix ins.
