Crema's Take
“This New Orleans spot has the bones of something special with its ice cream offerings and sandwich program, but recent reviews suggest the kitchen is struggling to execute consistently—long waits, uninspired flavors, and quality that doesn't match the casual, family-friendly vibe they're going for. The occasional bright spot (like their peanut butter and dark chocolate ice cream) hints at real potential, though the overall experience feels like a place still figuring out its identity after some recent changes. Worth keeping an eye on if they tighten up their operations, but current visits might leave you disappointed.”

Unfortunately this place seems to be in decline since opening. Visited a few weekends ago and they only had cheeseburgers and cheesteaks and even with that limited menu took almost an hour for the food. The fries are still good but I remember their greek sandwich and meatball sandwiches being better. Wouldn't recommend folks coming here until they invest in their service.
Literally took over 15 minutes for a mediocre burger and fries...and I was the only one waiting. How can you screw up a French fry within an inch of its life? (And spare me the, but you put ketchup on them, I still had to eat!!) People warned me about going here, but I was thinking it was because it was later than I went; I went here at 9:15 pm. The cook with the hickey on his neck was rude, threw my order at me and said 'here!'. This place clearly is a front for something else.
I should have kept walking passed this place. Ordered the Caprese and Cubano Sandwiches, iced coffee to drink. Fries were thick cut and freshly fried but tasted old. The sandwiches were bland. Ice Coffee took forever to get. The one line-cook working the counter seemed overwhelmed by having only two customers (us) in the entire shop. Maybe today was just a bad day.
Well this was an awesome experience I had to stop here for a lunch break unexpectedly. I was very surprised at the product that I had which was a peanut butter and dark chocolate scoop of ice cream then a Philly cheese steak that is listed as U r Philly. Handcut fries well done. The fries are blanched and then fried. Got a regular dark coffee ice.
I went few years ago and had a pretty good philly sandwich. Well lots of changes has happened since my last visit. No more philly which was my reason for returning. Now you have to order from a computer screen. And must importantly quality has dropped. I order the bacon, cheese, and egg sandwich for almost $13 and it was just awful! So expensive. True rip-off! I was better off getting a breakfast sandwich at starbucks. They literally only put a tiny half slice of bacon. See picture. The burger bun was stale and falling apart. Nothing had flavor. Good amount of fries though, but i would have preferred a better sandwich experience. Very disappointed. Also the guy cooking was giving me dirty vibes. Not sure if he's actually washing his hands. And the bathroom was filthy with a clogged toilet of who knows how many days. So much toilet paper, feces and urine in it. Soap dispenser was falling apart. Definitely never going back!
