Cure Coffee & Cocktails
154 N 3rd St, Columbus, OH
Crema's Take
“This Columbus spot transforms seamlessly from a thoughtful coffee destination by day into an electric nightlife venue after hours, with a carefully curated soundtrack (think Maxwell and Jill Scott) and DJs who genuinely know how to read a room. The staff brings genuine warmth to every interaction, whether you're settling in solo for a slow pour-over or gathering with friends for creative cocktails and live music events like their Sunday "Back to the Book" series. It's become a real community hub where the aesthetic matches the care they put into every drink, making it feel less like a business transaction and more like catching up with people who actually want you there.”

I have been coming to Cure consistently for the past 4 months and each time I have the most incredible experience! The music is always on point (Maxwell and Jill Scott in one day?! Yesssss!) and The fact that I can get coffee or cocktails any time of the day is the cherry on top! Their staff are so helpful and have even welcomed my book club, Back to the Book on a number of occasions! I also love that they are open late making them the perfect place to get a late night study session or nightcap in! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
Late-night visits at Cure are always a vibe. I’ve gone with friends and solo for DJ nights, and it never disappoints. Great music, DJs who know how to move the room, and bartenders who are friendly and attentive. The Old Fashioned is a favorite ($12 and well made). Laid-back, intimate, creative atmosphere with dope decor and comfy seating—it feels like a big living room with great taste. Easy parking at the spaces out front or a $5 lot across the street.
I attended a Sunday Back to the Book event at Cure Coffee & Cocktails and had a great experience. The space is welcoming and perfectly sized for a small-to-medium group. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, and there was an excellent selection of both coffee and cocktails. Weekend parking was convenient with a $5 lot located directly across the street. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back next month. Highly recommend for events or a relaxed outing.
I stopped in on a Saturday night to enjoy some live music and ended up loving the entire experience. The staff was warm and attentive, and the drinks were crafted with real care. The thing that impressed me most was the atmosphere, every corner of the place feels thoughtfully designed and welcoming. It is such a unique and inviting spot. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
Venue is a vibe. Great aesthetic and addition to columbus. Coffee shop by day and bar by night. I've only been for night drinks at the soft opening but they were good. A little pricey on the drinks but the value was worth it. Indoor and outdoor seating. 2 restrooms, plenty of tables and bar seating. I will gladly continue to come here. Similar business model to parable cafe but different and uniquely it's own thing.
