Crema's Take

Nestled inside Caesars Palace on the Strip, this Italian-inspired fast-casual spot from chef Giada De Laurentiis charms with simple, warm decor featuring adorable red appliances and a straightforward layout that makes ordering a breeze. While the coffee is dependable rather than standout, the real stars here are the generously portioned bagels with quality toppings like lemon cream cheese and abundant salmon, plus excellent avocado toast and full breakfast options that make it a solid choice for a quick, satisfying meal before hitting the casinos.

Good food. Fast, friendly service. Biggest capers I've ever seen. Lemon cream cheese is amazing. Tasty pickled red onions. Ample amount of salmon for the bagel and if was great. Hard to find in the maze of Ceasers. For $26 they could at least put it on a real plate instead of a plastic box and a paper bag. Had to ask for a plate and they gave me a paper plate.

Pronto by Giada at Caesars Palace is a solid fast-casual option on the Strip for simple, Italian-inspired comfort food. Created by celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis, this spot brings lighter, California-style Italian flavors into a quick and convenient format. I tried breakfast and really enjoyed the fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy potatoes, though the toast was just okay. The menu also features panini, salads, and pastas with Giada’s signature lemon and herb touch, making it easy to grab something filling before a long Vegas day. Overall, it’s straightforward, satisfying, and well-located inside Caesars. Bonus points for the wine bar next door if you’re in the mood to keep things going Vegas-style.

The house blend coffee (even with oat milk & SF vanilla syrup) was not good so I wouldn’t recommend but the avocado toast was delicious - hard to mess up but made up for the horrible coffee. It is like a “fast food” style breakfast/brunch spot but there is a bit of a wait to get your food.

I really wish this could be a better review, but I have to keep it real. I placed my order at 840am - an iced caramel latte, waffle, and breakfast wrap. It took over 30 minutes to receive my food. Not because it was busy, because it wasn't. But because the staff overlooked the order. After about 20 minutes of waiting and being patient and at least 20 people behind me receiving their order, I asked about my order. This was anything but "Pronto." I had to remind them I ordered a latte. When it came out it was hot (supposed to be iced) and without caramel. I asked about the caramel and they gave me a mini cup with caramel in it to put in the drink myself. Ugh. Then I had to remind them about the food. To their credit, they did comp the meal, but the whole ordeal shouldn't have happened. Not a big deal but frustrating, esp since no one asked what I was waiting on even though I was standing there for 20+ min. But, it all worked out. Definitely not worth the wait.

What caught my attention was all the cute red appliances ❤️ 🤌 Decor was simple Italian style and layout was easy to understand and follow. Coffee ☕️ did the job, but baristas seemed ill prepared for the morning rush. We like the lox bagel with Lemony cream cheese. Chocolate croissant was tasty, but not the best I’ve had. 🥐 Food was actually pretty good, not amazing. 4/5 ⭐️s However, the prices were high—you’re in Vegas though…. Pronto is prefect for a quick bite or coffee. We had it on our way to our conference. Good assortment of breakfast and lunch items.
