Parlor Doughnuts
Pierside Pavilion, Huntington Beach, CA
Crema's Take
“Parlor Doughnuts in Huntington Beach is a charming brunch destination where layered doughnuts that literally melt in your mouth steal the show, paired with surprisingly solid savory and healthier options that make it easy to bring the whole family. The light, fluffy pastries and creative flavor combinations are the real draw here, though you might want to visit when there's full staffing on hand, since service can lag when it gets busy.”

Staff is nice/friendly but service is lacking. Went in to order with no line...one person working latte machine fulfilling order with 3or 4 people in the back. OK cool Ill wait...wait turned into 10 min. Finally someone from back came out took my order. Only obvious, workers in the back, help your coworker out (or latte worker-ask for help) so the customer doesnt wait and doesnt write negative review.
Really fun little brunch spot. Loved that they had savory/healthier options along with treats so everyone had something they liked. The little minis were 10/10. Really light and fluffy texture kind of reminded me of a beignet. Really good. Also really liked the avocado toast and açaí bowl. Sandy beach doughnut was also a fav. Will definitely be back
Where have I been hiding to only find out about layered doughnuts now?? We had just finished cooking on the sand and were walking back to our car when we noticed the new storefront. The interior is modern, looking like every other coffee shop but with the display case filled with treats, we were sirened in. Service was indifferent, two people were behind the counter and both didn’t bother to greet us or ask us anything. We stood in front of the cash register for an awkward while before I initiated some assistance. It was around $4.50 for each standard layered glazed doughnut. We tried French Toast, Sandy Beach and Maple Bacon. Man, these doughnuts are so good, 10/10. Deal with the crappy service, pay that premium donut price, and enjoy these pucks of joy! I’d recommend French Toast, though it was on par with Sandy Beach. I loved the glaze being able to seep through every nook and cranny. The light dusting of sugar on top was something I didn’t expect to do so much. As I’m typing this, I’ve downloaded the app, made an account to get a $5 coupon. Totally Recommended, will be back!
Absolutely in love with this place!! I couldn’t stop with eating just one and went back for more! They literally melt in your mouth and the flavors are all so good. I’m so excited to have this one right across from the pier because it’s so easy to get to and bring donuts to the beach or even hang out and see the ocean from their shop. The staff was nice and patient with me and my kids when trying to figure out what we wanted and gave some great recommendations. I will for sure be back and bringing friends. Delicious!!
I have been looking forward to trying the famous Parlor donuts!! They did not disappoint! Super delish! The service was great! This for sure will be our new go to spot for dessert. Very cute design too.
