Crema's Take

This intimate West Sacramento spot punches above its weight with unexpected creativity, from their showstopping lavender mocha to excellent pastries and made-to-order sandwiches that keep regulars coming back. The cozy, artisan-focused atmosphere makes it an ideal spot to linger over a specialty drink and conversation, though their early closing times (usually 2 p.m.) mean you'll want to plan ahead. It's the kind of neighborhood gem where quality ingredients and thoughtful menu details matter more than size or flashiness.

Great artisan place! Had the pastrami sandwich (outstanding) and an amazing lavender mocha. Great ambiance and service! Every time I’m in West Sacramento, Savoury is a must for me!

I went here to purchase a breakfast sandwich after dropping off a package for my job. It a small little shop. The people who ran it didn't seem really friendly to me was just kind of like what can I help you with today, no true greeting with me like the little old lady in front of me. Maybe I'm not old enough for kindness yet. That's cool!!! No harm done. The sandwich was cool I only spent about $12.00 in there had I felt kindness, warmth or hospitality I would have sent more of my money. The place is not horrible just not for me. I wouldn't go there but I think you should try it for yourself, you may have a pleasant experience and the food isn't bad. Gone try.

The coffee, sandwiches, and salad were excellent. But when I ordered Caprese, I meant salad. I was given a sandwich. After I requested for the correct order, I was still charged with the more expensive sandwich. The staff didn’t seem to care to refund me with the correct amount.

A small cafe, there are various drinks, not only coffee, you can snack on a croissant, sandwich or panini, there are also salads. The downside is that there is a very small assortment and few baked goods and ready-made products on the counter. Food - I tried an almond croissant and, in my opinion, there was very little filling, I took a drink - hot chocolate with almond milk, it was good. Since I ate in a restaurant, it would have been more comfortable if it had been served in ceramic dishes. Prices are very affordable. The atmosphere is not wow, but quite comfortable. The staff is nice and friendly.

This was my first time going to this local cafe. I had not been able to go there before because they are only open until 2:00 p.m. on most days and closed on Sundays. I decided to give them a try and to support our local businesses. I ordered the hot pastrami sandwich. It was tasty and fresh, but on the smaller side. However when I finished it I was no longer hungry. You get a side of chips of your choice with any sandwich that you order. The sandwich itself was $9 which I think is very reasonable. I also noticed that they had some large cookies. I bought some chocolate chip cookies but they also had oatmeal raisin and sugar. Wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very happily surprised at how soft, fresh, and delicious they were. And they are only $2.50 each! Definitely support this local business. They also serve salads, you can build your own sandwiches, and specialty coffees.
