Aduuu Cafe

I stopped by Café Aduuuu!!! in Oakland for coffee and had a pretty fun experience. Their drinks — especially the iced and Vietnamese-style coffee — were tasty and refreshing, perfect for a casual morning pick-me-up. The vibe is laid-back and chill, with outdoor seating that’s great for relaxing or hanging out with friends. It’s a no-frills, cash-only spot with quick service and mostly casual customers, so don’t expect anything fancy — but if you’re in the mood for solid coffee and a friendly local vibe, this place hits the spot.

It is not a place I would frequent but I did get a black iced coffee with sugar and it was perfection for $5.

Coffee was okay. Smelt and looked pretty bad and saw a humongous rat near it. There was gambling and smoking and it sure smelt like it.

This was not a coffee shop. Some men asked my friend and I if we were getting coffee. We said yes. When we went inside, it smelled like cigarettes and there was only gambling happening. We asked to see the menu and they gave us one. When we were about to order, they told us to go somewhere else.

Good specialty Vietnamese drinks. Friendly staff and lots of indoor/outdoor seating options. Their coffee is really strong so proceed with caution if you’re a noob.
