TZONE Monterey

I really love the boba, it is good and the service is always amazing. But, the place is super dirty, the walls, the couch, the floors and trash everywhere. ( This was also like this on the dot when they opened) Everytime I go it’s always so dirty. It just makes me think, if that’s how dirty it is in the front then how is the Hygiene in the back ? I think it’s an issue that can be 100 percent fixed ! I would feel so much for comfortable !

Good drinks, but my Oreo blaster’s appearance did not turn out at all like the menu showed it. Friendly and patient staff, so I would visit again to try a different drink.

Pros: Plenty of space to sit. Friendly employees. Decent prices. Cons: I ordered one of the tropical/fruity teas with boba and it was extremely bitter. I asked for more sweetener to be added, which the employee happily obliged. The sweetener helped a little but it still wasn’t great. The honey boba itself was a bit soggy.

The place is pretty spacious. The menu is really small and limited compared to other boba places I've been to in other cities. I wish they had more to choose from. The music is fun but a little too loud when ordering. We ordered 7 drinks and upon receiving them asked for a cup holder or bag. They did not have anything. The girl who took my order was not helpful. It took another person to offer us a makeshift holder so we wouldn't have to hold all 7 drinks individually. Overall not good but not bad so just an average boba place.

Drinks were great. Though their menu isn't big, there are great options for variations. It took a while for them to take our order. Once another employee came on, our order was taken promptly and made very quickly.
