Crema's Take
“This Vietnamese coffee and bánh mì spot nails the fundamentals with pristine execution—think perfectly balanced ube and crème brûlée coffees that taste like they're made with real care, and bánh mì sandwiches with bread so expertly crafted it's crunchy-outside-soft-inside perfection, earning genuine praise from people who grew up eating the real thing. The creative drink menu shows real ambition without losing sight of what makes Vietnamese coffee special, whether you're ordering a signature creation or a traditional ca phe sua, making it the kind of place locals and visitors alike find themselves returning to again and again.”

I found this place early in the morning a week ago because my team was in town and craving Vietnamese coffee. On a whim I wanted to treat them to Banh mi grilled pork, grilled beef and grilled chicken sandwiches and grabbed a bunch of Vietnamese egg coffees, and they were a hit! I’ve had Vietnamese food everywhere and this place is amazing… their bread is home baked and taste soft and fluffy as Vietnamese banh mi sandwich bread should be. The flavor is perfect. We can’t believe it took this long for us to find them. Today we tried the chicken curry and beef soup and both were so good. We were very fortunate to find them.
The ube coffee and crème brûlée coffee are easily some of the best coffees I’ve ever had. The ube coffee is perfectly balanced—creamy, smooth, and not overly sweet, with that rich ube flavor shining through. The crème brûlée coffee is on another level: velvety, indulgent, and just the right amount of sweetness with a dessert-like finish that’s incredibly satisfying. And don’t even get me started on the Sin City Hoagie—absolutely delicious. Packed with flavor, perfectly made, and incredibly filling. Every bite was spot-on. If you’re a coffee lover or just looking for amazing food, this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.
Hands down the best bánh mì I’ve ever had… and my boyfriend agrees. We’ve both grown up eating bánh mì and have tried plenty over the years, but this one truly stands out. We ordered the tiramisu coffee, sugar cane drink, and the large Sin City bánh mì with extra mayo (egg, ham, crispy pork, special sauce). The sandwich was unreal, perfectly balanced, packed with flavor, and generously portioned. They even give extra mayo without charging, which says a lot about how they treat customers. Amazing value for the price. The coffee was excellent, rich and smooth, comparable to some of the best Vietnamese coffee spots in Orange County. The sugar cane drink was fresh and refreshing, not too sweet. We’ve tried both locations, and the Chinatown location is better than the Paradise one, no question. On top of that, the owner John is incredibly nice and welcoming. If you’re looking for top-tier bánh mì and great Vietnamese coffee in Vegas, this place is a must. We’ll definitely be back.
We followed a Vietnamese youtube channel, a Vegas local, called “Julie Family Las Vegas Cuoc Song My.” When we saw their video, we thought that we had to try this place out when we came to Vegas. We ordered 1 large Pork Belly banh mi with eggs. Even for 2 people, we both felt full after eating our portions. This banh mi is so delicious. The pork belly itself is crispy and with the right amount of fat. The egg compliments this banh mi so well. It’s also juicy with the right amount of sauce. Banh mi is also crispy, but not too hard or soft to bite in. The ambiance is nice and relaxing. Service is quick and super friendly. We were greeted with a warm smile from the time we arrived to the time we left. Definitely recommend this place and pork belly banh mi with eggs for anyone who loves or would like to try. The picture does not do it justice. You have to see and try it in person.
Whip x Banh Mi is amazing! We tried the lemongrass beef, pork roll, and pork belly banh mi, and they were all so good. The bread was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, definitely my favorite banh mi so far. We also got the sugar cane with kumquat drink and the banana brûlée coffee. Both drinks were delicious and not too sweet. The coffee was strong and flavorful with a really nice banana brûlée flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well made, and you can tell they put a lot of care into what they do. Such a great spot, I'll definitely be back!
