Uncle Fluffy

First time I’ve come across this brand in the US. I’ve had experienced this brand in the UAE before;which I absolutely loved. This location was a bit of a disappointment compared to my previous experience. The cake didn’t feel fresh and likely is a day+ old. You see all The staff were just okay. They didn’t greet us properly and weren’t that helped with trying to help us understand the option, and didn’t even ask to upsell us on additional products. Also the price is really high for what you get $10 for a small piece of cake. Price feels like a rip off, and a more appropriate price would be $6.

Very Cool Concept and Marketing! So Fun! I didn’t actually order anything today as I had just gotten coffee and was walking past this place. I went in just to find out what it’s about. Had a great conversation with the lovely gal on duty. And for sure would love to try one of the FLUFFY Cheesecakes when I’m ready to “cheat” 😅. The cheesecake looks like a large fluffy muffin and has the logo design on top. They also have tarts, cake pops, and other desserts as well as a variety of drinks, coffee, etc. Great location and Concept. Stop in and see for yourself.😌

They offer many different sweets from fluffy, moist and delicious pastries includingGluten-free Japanese Cheesecake. I had a Couple of tarts, one Mango and one pistachio both Flavorful n Delicious. On my next visit I plan on trying some other flavored tart and a piece of the cheesecake!😋

The owner was super friendly. I forgot how light Japanese cheesecakes are. Definitely stop by. I will have to come back and try the coffee tart.
