This used to be our family's favorite coffee spot, but in the last 6 months there has been a distinct downturn in service and quality. I ordered a regular So Good Latte but when I got to the window he gave me a sugar free version. When I pointed it out the barista said "you should just try it." I was taken aback and put on the spot, so we drove away and threw it out and went to a different coffee shop. This was our third time having a questionable experience. We have since changed our weekly coffee run to a different place.

This was my first time here and everything was excellent. My Turtle latte and the quick friendly service was great. My drink was how coffee drinks should be where the coffee shines over the flavors. I can't wait to return the next time I'm in Birmingham.

Best drive-thru coffee on 280 hands down. The team is always super sweet, even during peak rush hours or if a mistake was made. Lauren is doing a wonderful job managing this place! Continue the amazing work Bullet team.

We stopped by the drive thru and got the “Blue Hawaiian”, and The “Sour Patch” energy drinks, as well as a blueberry muffin for the road. The service was speedy, and very friendly. The drive thru lanes and windows were very clean and orderly. The drinks are absolutely full of mouth watering delicious flavor! 🖤✨ The muffin was moist and sooo good, especially for the price!
