Southern Blossom Florist has once again exceeded my expectations! I live in Cincinnati, and called during the morning to request help with two custom hydrangea arrangements I needed delivered to my nieces in the Charlotte area. Within 30 minutes, I was texted pictures of two different BEAUTIFUL options, and the flowers were delivered right on time... perfect & beautiful! Jerry & his staff are simply AMAZING, and if I ever need a florist in Charlotte, I always know where to go…Southern Blossom is THE BEST💜!

I had an amazing experience with Southern Blossom Florist! I had called two other places first, and both were surprisingly rude and told me they didn’t have the flowers or colors I was looking for. I was starting to feel frustrated, but then I called Southern Blossom and immediately felt at ease. They were so kind, helpful, and professional right from the first conversation. They had no issues at all with the request and truly listened to what I needed. The bouquet for my sister’s wedding came out absolutely stunning—exactly what she envisioned. It was fresh, beautifully arranged, and matched her colors perfectly. I can’t thank them enough for making something so important turn out so perfectly. TLDR: Day-of execution for our wedding from the Southern Blossom team was wonderful and the flower arrangements were beautiful! But there were some challenges that could've been avoided with better communication and planning systems. We used Southern Blossom for our wedding. The communication leading up to it felt a little bit disorganized as we often noted decisions made during previous meetings had not been recorded properly. This caused our product to be a little bit off from the vision and created some hectic stress the morning of the wedding. I will say, Giovy and her team were so kind and quick to spring into action to make changes to the arrangements that would be more in line with what we wanted. In the end, after the changes were made, I ended up loving the florals- they truly were beautiful, even if a little different from what we were thinking.

So happy we chose Southern Blossom for our wedding flowers! Giovy and her team handled the planning and setup with absolute style. I felt like a priority to them throughout the entire process - from the day I called to request a quote and up to my wedding day, I felt like their only customer. We loved working with the team to help craft the MOST BEAUTIFUL stems for my sisters bridal shower! They went the extra distance to ensure everything was perfect, even getting specific flowers that were more difficult to find, and stayed in our budget. They communicated clearly and made the process so easy. We put together the arrangements when we got to the venue and the flowers were the talk of the party!!! Thank you!
