Hola Cafe

One of the things I love the most about this place is the aroma of coffee that fills the lobby. The moment you walk in, the smell of freshly brewed coffee creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Pair that with a great cup of coffee and a fresh croissant, and it becomes a simple but perfect experience.

As someone who is always short on time, I really appreciate how fast the service is at Hola Café. In my experience, my drink is usually ready in less than five minutes. Even with the quick service, the staff is always friendly and attentive. It’s great to find a place that respects customers’ time while still delivering a great coffee experience. Honestly one of the worst coffee shop experiences I’ve had. I paid $10 for a latte after adding a single extra shot of espresso, which is absurd. On top of the ridiculous pricing, the staff acts like you’re inconveniencing them by simply ordering. The service is painfully slow and the whole place has an unwelcoming vibe. For those prices you’d expect great coffee and friendly service — this place delivers neither.

Personally, this is my favorite shop in Dallas! I love the convenience of it being located in my office building, but more than that, the staff and the drinks are the absolute best! I enjoy the seasonal menus as well as the standards. KrisTIN, KrisTEN, and Henry make my morning everyday--you can't beat delicious coffee and loving service.

Aesthetic coffee shop inside a corporate office building. Coffee is good. Baristas weren’t as welcoming as I’m accustomed to when visiting various other coffee shops, but it’s a solid choice if in the uptown Dallas area. Plenty of space in the lobby to study, read, or socialize.
