Crema's Take

Tucked into an unassuming corner of Burbank's studio district, Little Ground is a weekday-only neighborhood gem that caters to industry folks seeking serious espresso pours in a calm, minimalist space. The small cafe pairs expertly crafted traditional drinks with excellent breakfast sandwiches and pastries, all served with genuine warmth in a monastic-style setting that feels like a peaceful refuge between commutes or studio sessions.

Burbank's best kept secret! It's tucked away on an unassuming corner of a studio district, serving primarily folks in the industry (which is why they are closed weekends). It's small, but the quality is high. I come often to type and enjoy their coffee, breakfast burritos, and brisket lunch sandwiches. They have clean restrooms and wifi, and are dogs friendly.

Wonderful surprise Decided to meet a friend on the way to SD and we picked this place close to the 134 and 5 Freeway What a great place with great breakfast and wonderful service My daughter iced Matcha latte was very good I think their Pulled pork burrito was the best but everything else was fresh and tasteful also. Helping the small businesses should be our high priority and this one definitely worth the support ❤️

Oh. My. Goodness. What a perfect cafe! I was driving through Burbank and ran into this gem. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, a latte and a cookie. Usually, if the coffee is good, then the food is mediocre. Or vice versa. But this place hits a home run on both! The latte is actually real and the eggs in the sandwich are fluffy and perfect. AND the cookie!! A delight. Plus, the staff is so polite and courteous. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The entire experience was so pleasant. I can't wait to go back and try the menu

Told my daughter to pick a place to eat on the way to the LA Zoo, so she found this place on Google maps randomly. When we drove by we were surprised by the location among an industrial area and you can only see the takeout window. You can park on the street, there is limited parking on the restaurant side but more across the street. Once you walk over to the restaurant, you can see a cozy outdoor dining area with sun covers but no roof, so I don’t advise to eat there on a rainy day. We ordered the beef brisket sandwich and chicken sandwich. Both were very delicious and served with a side salad with the most amazing citrus/oil dressing. They included a couple of cookies one chocolate chip and the other one, I don’t know what’s it’s called but it had shredded coconut. Omg the best cookies I ever had!!! So if you are on your way to the zoo, stop by this place to grab breakfast or lunch.

A nice minimalist cafe with no frills in the coffee section just really good pours. The seating area is almost monastic in its style which gives it a nice calm vibe. Food wise I got a Brioche Breakfast sandwich which is egg cheese and bacon. Was a bit too greasy for my tastes. Had to pat down with napkins. Also got a cinnamon bun. Looks good but taste wise not so much there. It isn’t as soft as I normally equate them to be. And the frosting is very sweet which makes sense to add flavor to the flavorless dough. Did not finish. Overall I’d come back for the coffee and chill vibe. They play really good music too.
