The coffee was excellent and expertly prepared. ☕😋 The staff demonstrated exceptional kindness, respect, and politeness in their service. 😇💖 We sampled the coffee, hot chocolate, and frappuccinos. ☕🍫🥤 I will definitely come back again to enjoy a cup of coffee while walking along the bank of the Waco River. 🏞️🚶‍♀️

My recent stop at Bitty & Beau's was on my drive from Austin, TX, to Georgia, and let me tell you, the stellar online reviews were absolutely spot on. This place is a gem and a genuine "must stop" for anyone in the area. While I initially came for a caffeine fix, I left with so much more. The coffee itself is fantastic—I ordered the caramel frappe, and it was absolutely yummy, perfectly blended, and hit the spot. But what truly makes this shop special is its mission. The coffee is good, but their commitment to being a "radically inclusive" place is even better. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, the staff are wonderful, and you can feel the positive impact they are making.

What an amazing place! From the moment you walk in you are greated & welcomed from sweet, friendly workers on the Autism spectrum. As a special needs parent (Autism/Epilepsy) this place warms my heart. Everyone is valued and treated like family here. *Its rare for us to go to a place where my son is allowed to just be himself. Here he can relax, sing or be in his own world. And bonus points for an actual sturdy adult changing table for special needs individuals in the family bathroom. Its like finding a unicorn! * Its a quiet coffee shop with strong wifi so it would be an ideal place for college students. The coffee, smoothies, & sandwiches are great. And the merchandise supports their cause of awareness, inclusion, and equality. We are now fans for life!

What a great experience here this morning! Chandler took my order and made sure it was correct. “Z” made it and then Dylan let me know it was ready. The Manager, Sandra was all over the place making sure everything was just right for everyone. My hot mocha and breakfast biscuit were delicious. Plenty of comfortable seating and even a conference room is available for use. Everyone was smiling and super helpful! If you haven’t been here…do yourself a favor and try it. I know I’ll be back!
