The “secret” coffee spot inside Bar ANA is called REGUERDOS, and wow — what a cup of coffee. I drink a lot of coffee, and this might be one of the best lattes I’ve had in Atlanta. You can actually taste the flavor notes — smooth, rich, and beautifully presented. It honestly took me back to some of my favorite coffee shops in Kenya, where the flavor really speaks for itself. Customer service was just as impressive. Cheers to Sasha (I believe that was her name) for the warm welcome, and to our barista — whose name I didn’t catch — for crafting such a delicious latte. Highly recommend this spot, whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or meeting someone to connect. In Sweden, we have a tradition called fika — slowing down to enjoy coffee and conversation. This would be the perfect place for that. Opening hours: Thursday–Monday, 7AM–3PM “MEXICAN ROOTED, ATLANTA RAISED” Cheers for an amazing cup — see you tomorrow. ☕✨ Cheers, BN

If you have not been yet you are MISSING OUT. Recuerdos is a fresh new face to the Atlanta coffee scene. First, the atmosphere is stunning. As soon as you walk through the door through the hallway you enter into this beautiful space that is inspired by Mexican culture and architecture. It is unlike anything else I have seen in a cafe. Secondly, the menu, it has everything you would need from a cafe. Pour overs, simple milk drinks, and specialty drinks that have your curiosity sparked. The menu is small enough that gives you confidence that what you will order is going to be good but just big enough to cover all your desires. Third, the customer service is amazing. The person taking orders is going to greet you with a friendly face and a good conversation. You feel welcomed and wanted. If you catch Ivan around as well he is sure to entertain a good conversation about coffee. Then there is the coffee... yall. The coffee is next level. For pour overs they are brewed to the perfect temp and perfect extraction. They are so flavorful and pungent. The cappuccino is steamed to the perfect texture and the espresso is SO SWEET. It is literally one of the best cappuccinos I have ever had. Keep in mind they only serve Mexican coffees. Which is one of the most unique ideas I have ever seen for a coffee shop to do. The coffee is just genuinely good. It is super high quality. Overall, if you have not been you NEED. to go. It is so special and they are really doing something good.

Gorgeous, cozy, memorable speakeasy with such strong coffee. Every detail in the venue was planned purposefully, making for an authentic and well-rounded experience. Seating is incredibly limited given the ever-long line out-the-door, but the bar seating we conveniently got was so comfortable because of the cushioned high stools. The Chai Latte is very strong and easily keeps you up the whole day. Truly a great drink. Overall, would recommend finding and visiting!

Tucked away in the back of a building, this speakeasy-style café is delightfully sneaky to find—and honestly, if a very cool girl in a tie (Hannah Berner–adjacent energy) hadn’t been standing outside to point me in the right direction, I never would have found it. One of those places. If you know, you know. Once inside, the vibe immediately felt like a true local hideaway. Young professionals typing away, Slack messages popping, quiet conversations humming in the background—productive but relaxed, cool without trying too hard. Exactly the kind of place you want to “park” for a bit. The service was friendly but not overly chatty—perfectly intuitive. We both understood the assignment: I needed coffee. I ordered an iced latte with almond milk, and it was absolute perfection—smooth, balanced, and clearly made with care. I also tried the pineapple coffee cake, which was moist with small chunks of pineapple and just the right amount of streusel on top. Sweet, but not heavy. A standout. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Atlanta who wants great coffee, a low-key place to answer emails, and the feeling that—just for a moment—you’re a local. ☕✨

Gorgeous space with warm, friendly, welcoming baristas! Came to get some work done: on site parking, plenty of outlets, good music. I tried the Hojicha latte and LOVED it (described very accurately by the barista). Ended up packed by about 9/9:30- popular spot already! And heads up the door is kind of out the way, it’s on the East side of the building and says Bar Ana (pictured) Clearly a space that has been curated with intention and love. Will definitely be back.
