Nuts.com

Products are good but customer service is terrible. They use unreliable shipping partners like ShipX and do not listen to customer feedback. They may say that they will refer your comments to management, but it is a bald-faced lie.

Ordered five different varieties of Nuts in December 2025. I spent almost an. hour preparing chestnuts that all appeared fresh (from the outside, at least.) After baking them I discovered that seven out of ten were rotten with the others tasteless. I made a complaint that was replied with a new bag promised. However, I began to feel suspicious of the other packages and noticed that none had a date (when packaged, best used by, or when produced) inscribed meaning that there was no way to determine freshness. Is it possible that these nuts were inventoried many months ago, or even longer???

Will never order from you. I spent 30+ minutes getting your 20% off first time buyers thing and it would do nothing when I hit the pay now button. Tried several times. Called in and got rude "lady" (at least I think it was a lady) who at one point of me explaining the last 30 min failed attempt to order from YOUR company said "are you done yet" . I still stayed on because of the time already wasted on this. Then all she did was to start over and reorder everything and then asked for my credit card info. I DONT HAVE IT WITH ME! That is why I do it online so I don't have to go find my cards. Just had a knee replacement few days ago or I would just drive to the store and buy some pecans because I am getting tired of the 4 gallons of cashews I have been eating the last month. I would have been your perfect customer for auto order if your site would have worked or YOUR employee wasn't the way they were. This is how business slowly fails.

They get five stars. Absolutely love their product. Very big variety. I have not had an issue with any bad product and have ordered from the many times. They're getting five stars for their product. They used to use FedEx which if you've ever used FedEx you know the issues with them. My last delivery. Came from a company that delivered in the company's name was Ontrack. Which unbelievable it's worse than FedEx. The first picture I got on my delivery was during a rainstorm of the package thrown beside someone's propane tank. They redelivered the same package. To my neighbor's house across the street which I actually recognized their door and was able to retrieve my package. Unfortunately I have no faith in the company they are using for delivery and will no longer use this company. However I personally have had no issues with the quality of their product I just don't feel like if I order again in the future I would actually receive it.

When I visited the San Francisco Bay Area my friends and I converged on the wonderful and inspiring farmers market. The local people were friendly and welcoming to me and my friends. They shared samples of amazing vegan food which inspired me to try making vegan dishes. My daughter told me to try shopping with Nuts.com for the raw organic cashews I needed for my awesome recipe. And I have been a fan of Nuts.com since then. I always have a package of nuts for my favorite vegan recipes. I highly encourage everyone to use Nuts.com wide variety of products including dried fruits and other gift ideas.
