Tandem Coffee & Wine

Crema's Take
“Tandem Coffee & Wine strikes that rare balance between serious coffee shop and relaxed wine bar, with a clean, modern aesthetic that feels genuinely welcoming rather than trying too hard. Their house-made syrups shine through in drinks like the banana bread latte, and the pastries and sandwiches are thoughtfully crafted enough to make this a destination for lunch, not just a caffeine stop. The spacious, calm environment with both table and bar seating makes it perfect for lingering with friends or settling in with your laptop for a few hours.”

Have been here a few times now, and I’m so glad I have been able to check them out. This place is so beautiful on the inside, spacious (tables and bar seating, has lots of drinks and food options, and great service. I’ve tried their seasonal salted brown butter latter and strawberry spritz. The latte was absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced, and not milky at all. The photo may look like it was a lot of milk but once mixed the espresso was not overshadowed. The spritz was light and had a not-too-sweet flavor. My friend had the blood orange spritz and it was less sweet and more bitter. I have yet to try food so that’ll be my next adventure here. During the day it’s bright and lively, and during the night it is a bit more romantic and intimate. It’s a great spot to either sit and read at, have a friendly lunch, or less formal dinner date. The staff were super nice and friendly, provided recommendations/suggestions, and are attentive. I definitely recommend coming and checking this place out!
I recently stopped by Tandem Coffee & Wine and had a really pleasant experience. The space feels calm and welcoming, with a nice balance between a neighborhood coffee shop and a relaxed wine bar. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably hang out for a bit without feeling rushed. I ordered a coffee, and it was genuinely well made, smooth, balanced, and clearly prepared by someone who knows what they’re doing. The flavor was clean and not overly bitter, which I really appreciated. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. The staff was friendly and approachable, and the service felt natural rather than forced. Overall, it was a solid experience from start to finish. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m in the area, whether for a morning coffee or a casual afternoon visit.
Wonderful, cozy, welcoming esthetic. Very clean and modern but not overly trendy like most cafe cliche themes. The banana bread latte (iced) was wonderful - banana bread syrup is house made and very flavorful! It isnt very sweet, so I personally liked to add a couple of Splenda and cinnamon/nutmeg and it was fantastic. All espresso drinks are pulled standard with double shots, which makes it balanced. They use the good soy milk too (pacific barista blend - iykyk) I definitely will be back to get some remote work done in the Cafe and try one of their other offerings. They had wine as well and TVs which they regularly host themed events, I appreciate that in this day & age. Parking in the back, 1 hr free and is enforced so beware to avoid getting ticketed.
Excellent new spot to get a coffee! My favorites are a mocha in the morning and the tomato & mozzarella panini for lunch. The pastries are also delicious. Pretty chill atmosphere for meeting friends for coffee or getting a little solo work done. I can usually find a parking spot, but the parking lot does fill up sometimes.
I was on a walk and this place caught my eye. After my visit I decided I had to go back! The hot chocolate was S tier (and so pretty! Just look at it!!) and the sandwiches are soooooo incredibly good to the point they could be a craving. Also their staff are all really nice!! For a place that recently opened they've really got it all down and did a good job making it feel not too cafe or wine bar, just classy and cozy. Only 2 small nitpicks that didn't even lower the stars given ~ 1) I wasn't told the matcha (and maybe all their drinks?) isn't sweetened. I prefer less sweet anyway and normally expect things too sweet, so it was partially on me for forgetting to ask, but completely unsweetened surprised me! 2) The music was a bit loud and rather upbeat for the chill, social wine/cafe vibe I was expecting. Not bad but I might not go here to read or for quieter/smaller hang outs.
