Chef Eddy's Thai Express

I love Thai food, fried rice and red curry was really good, except for rice quantity, was very little.

We were excited to try the new Chef Eddie’s on Fairfield, as we have always enjoyed the Bayou location.Out servers tonight were very pleasant and the curry is always good

I ordered the panang curry, pad thai, crab fried rice, and thai tea. The parang curry and pad thai were way too sweet and didn't taste like how they should at all. they didn't taste authentic to home. the thai tea was bitter and I took two sips before not even finishing it. the food took 30 minutes to come out and there were no other customers there at all. over all I didn't enjoy my food or my experience and neither did my party. we will not be returning to this establishment. Siam thai and thai curry house are better options for more authentic food.

Excellent food. Great to have a Chef Eddy’s on this side of town. Ordered delivery and it was quick and hot.

We live right around the corner and when we first heard that the new restaurant that was opening was a Thai food, I was so excited. We checked it out today and the food was soooo good. The inside smelled clean and good, the chairs and tables all new. The service was great. We had the yellow curry with chicken, calamari, chicken spring rolls and the shrimp scallop signature dish and everything was delicious. The food was hot and quick. We all left full and happy. I hope more people come and keep this place open. 10/10 recommend and will come back!
