We came in on black friday and the women at the window was amazing, great service on a busy day with the line wrapped around the building!! appreciate it so much!!!

Drive through is always great. Those waiting on you are seriously friendly. Always get what I order. Hot and fresh.

Asked for a 32 oz rush with a little ice and received a 24oz loaded with ice. Three big sips and it was nothing but ice. Boy at the window cussing loud enough for my 6 year old to hear it. Think I’ll stick to buying somewhere else

Not all AJ 's have a dine-in setup. But the coffee is the best and the staff at every AJ's I've been to are friendly and wonderful. I stopped going to Dunkins now that they all seem to be operated by unsupervised and untrained children. Dunking Donuts has changed considerably and for the worst.

Drive thru wait time almost 10 minutes per vehicle which is massively inconvenient when there is no way to exit the drive thru once cars have entered behind you. Was supposed to be a quick trip and have been here for almost 40 minutes with 3 cars still in front of us before we even order. That food better be good!! Edit: the food/drinks were great but we were there for about another 25. We realized it was only one girl working Sunday late morning rush and she looked younger, possibly newer, and at the very least exhausted. She should have had some help. Unfair.
