Beans Up Coffee

Ordered via UberEats. Worst idea. Wasted my money. The breakfast food is nasty. In general, all fast food can be nasty and fake to an extent but I mean this was literally inedible. Ordered the egg and cheese biscuit (which the description on UberEats states it is scrambled eggs), came as a fake processed rubbery circle , looked like the plastic egg that my son has in his play kitchen set. The spinach and cheese pastry, was stale, hard, and had a funky odor. We could not even bite/break the pastry. The only decent thing was the flat white. I would suggest Beans Up remove their food items on the menu and just focus on the coffee. No point just putting filler menu items when they are not edible or appealing visually.

There are so many delicious choices to choose from!! I got a cinnamon roll latte with vanilla and it was really good. I got 50% sweet but it was still a bit sweet for me LOL but it was still really good. The service was extremely nice and patient as it was my first time visiting.

I usually really enjoy Beans Up the coffee is always great and it’s one of my regular spots when I’m in the area. But today was disappointing. I ordered an almond croissant that was ice cold in the middle, so I immediately brought it back. When I asked to exchange it for a muffin of the same price, the employee told me that even though it wasn’t my fault and I’d been given cold food, I’d still have to pay for another item. The only thing she could do, she said, was warm up the same croissant. She then took the croissant I had already bitten, warmed it up, handled it again, and gave it back to me. I’ve never had a place re-serve food that’s already been eaten, and it felt unsanitary. I hope management addresses this, because I normally love this place.

This is by far the best americano coffee I’ve had, the wife had hot chocolate with a mozzarella pesto and I had the turkey cheese grill sandwich, delicious!!! Loved how attentive Yousif ,Abigail , and Teneya were. Very nice and friendly people. Will definitely come back.

My favorite coffee spot in Missouri City! The Shaken Espresso is my all time favorite! Not gonna lie, lately they've had a new barista that is struggling to make the drinks good. But I have my favorite barista there, she never fails, she's the best!
