Santo Coffee

This is absolutely the best coffee shop in Seattle. The atmosphere is immaculate, prices are entirely fair. Michael is awesome, you can tell he really cares about the product he serves his customers. Everything done by him and his employees is done with purpose, and the quality is glaringly obvious. Never had a bad experience, drink , or snack here. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Came to Santo because of their ratings and praises in the reviews. Happy I did. The shop is beautiful - the design, ample space, and atmosphere makes you want to take a beat to drink your coffee in-house. I got the chance to speak with the owner, Mike, who is really kind. I love when owners are part of the barista team. It shows their passion and commitment to great service. I got the Panela latte which was perfect - love that they prioritize the coffee taste over syrups/sweeteners taking over the flavor. The latte was not too sweet which is perfect for my taste but I’m sure everything on the menu is worth a try. Highly recommend if you’re looking to find your local spot. I thought it was a new shop because of how neat and clean the place is but they’re running 7 years strong. Cheers to many more years!

First of all, bravo! The baristas on today’s shift were a perfect example of what exellent service looks like. A very mellow atmosphere, jazz music to compliment the experience and I wanted to highlight the difference between another coffee and the coffee from here. The coffee from here is absolutely delicious, the milk foam was perfect. The latte art was maintained all the way down the latte and out of 100 cafes I’ve tried I’m putting this on top three of all time. I seek baristas who care about their craft and I’m sure yall get this a lot but thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Been doing coffee for over five years now and I’m saying if you’re have the privilege to drink casein Seattle, this is worth the visit!

Definitely in my top 3 favorite coffee shops in Seattle. The coffee is outstanding, and the environment is beautiful, modern, and calm. The baristas are skillful, talented, and genuinely friendly. They pay full attention to crafting the perfect cup every single time. The latte is balanced. Not sour, not bitter, not burnt. The mocha is rich but not overly sweet, with deep notes of dark chocolate. The matcha tastes pure and refreshing. Definitely try the panela latte if you want something unique. A delicious espresso-based drink that’s not too sweet, with just the right touch of orange bitterness. My only complaint is the recent price increase, but the quality still makes it worth it. I even bought their beans to make coffee at home, and it was a great experience.

There is a reason this place has the highest star rating I’ve ever seen on Google. It’s pretty much perfect. High quality coffee and pastries, great ambiance, convenient location close to Roosevelt Light Rail station, friendly staff, amazing service and the kicker (pun intended); for Seattle the prices are reasonable.
