Crema's Take
“Tucked into the vibrant Lafayette Square neighborhood, this espresso-focused spot excels at both precise pour overs and creative specialty drinks, with a particularly devoted following for their gooey butter cake and thoughtfully stocked sugar-free syrups. The intimate space strikes that rare balance of being simultaneously perfect for solo contemplation and group hangouts, with friendly staff who clearly know their craft and care about getting your order right. Seasonal outdoor seating and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere make it the kind of place where people become regulars.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused, with a pour-over program. A slow-sit, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Pastries on the menu.

Great locally owned and roasted coffee, gooey butter cake and muffins! Today’s visit was made extra special by April, Allison and Gabby! I just realized after living in the neighborhood for three years I’ve never given them the Five Star Review they so deserve!

I am definitely a new fan! They had multiple sugar-free syrups, the employees were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and I loved the atmosphere. I had a very good sugar-free hazelnut latte. Successfully resisted the gooey butter cake, but I did let myself enjoy the smells! …
