The Crown Jewel of Monterey Breakfasts If you only have time for one big meal in Monterey, make it this one. My wife and I both agreed this was the best meal of our entire trip. To be fair, she might be a little biased because breakfast is her absolute jam, but the quality here is undeniable. The Food & Drinks We decided to branch out with our orders, and nothing disappointed: The Poblano Chile Omelet: I went with this savory choice, paired with a classic drip coffee. The omelet was flavorful and hit the spot. The Breakfast Burrito & Chai Latte: I actually had to sweet talk my wife into the burrito, as she wasn't originally planning on it, but she paired it with a chai latte and ended up loving it. The Fresh Blackberry Jam: I’m not usually a jam person, but I couldn't pass up the fresh blackberry jam on my toast. It was incredible—honestly, total drool-worthy material. The Atmosphere & Seating The location is stunning, but you have to be strategic. We managed to snag prime seating on the patio overlooking the waves. Even if it’s a bit brisk, they have heaters available so you don't have to worry about getting cold while you enjoy the view. Pro Tip: Timing is Everything Come in early or be prepared to wait! We timed it just right, but by the time we finished and were heading out, the line was already out the door. This place is clearly no secret, but for a view of the water and that blackberry jam, it is worth every minute of the wait.

Came right as they opened for breakfast. I see why there is a hype for this place. I got the steak and sunny side up eggs. The fellas ordered the blueberry pancakes with strawberries on top, and the bacon avocado omelette. The hot pepper sauce was great as well, nice heat to it.

This was hands down the best Steak and Eggs I’ve ever had. The steak was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and paired beautifully with the eggs. A brilliant touch is that the Eggs Benedict sauce comes on the side, letting you control every bite without overpowering the dish. The music sets an amazing vibe—relaxed yet lively—and elevates the whole experience. To top it off, the stunning view of Monterey Bay is simply breathtaking, making this not just a meal, but a memorable moment where great food, atmosphere, and scenery come together flawlessly.

The food here is delicious. Went on a Monday holiday and it was an hour wait time. Server came to the table a couple times and that was it. Maybe because they were busy but will definitely come back when it's less crowded. We had never been to this place and being from the area all my life it was a great new spot for us to come to.

Greatest breakfast spot in the area even the veggie omelette tasted good which is shocking for me. They have fresh juices as well. The grapefruit juice was delicious. They say they have a long wait time but they called us back for the next available seat in 10-15 minutes rather than 30 minutes. So go early.
