Over the past two years, we’ve experienced ongoing issues with support and service from Roastronix. The lack of follow-through and technical assistance has been consistent enough that it’s difficult to recommend working with them. If you’re considering purchasing a Stronghold or related equipment through Roastronix, I’d strongly encourage you to do thorough due diligence first.

Roastronix is handsdown the best all things coffee equipment, etc. provider I have every work with in the industry. Their professionalism, industry knowledge and customer service is superior. I had they privilege of attending a workshop for one of the roaster I recently purchased from them and the hands-on education and experience was incredible. Roastronix which located at Missouri Texas which is not too far from Houston downtown. I have had really great experience with Arash and his great , enthusiastic young team. They are specialized in renowned supplier of technologically advanced, all-electric coffee roasters (Stronghold) that have become the top choice of champion roasters and coffee shops worldwide. Got the opportunity to take my SCA classes given by well respected instructor of specialty coffee industry,Roukiat at this facility. Very nice and clean environment. So humble team Arash, Alasin, Andrew, Shaina, Drew who have lots of knowledge and experience about coffee and on top of their knowledge as well as experiences they all are so kind ,humbled and always willing to help. Appreciate Alasin who helped me demonstrating the 800gms of great Ethiopian coffee roasting at great electric roaster S7X. Very unique experience.
