Its a drive thru coffee shop. There isn't an "atmosphere". Its delicious coffee and comes really fast! The double drive thru is a little confusing but tip well and you feel less stupid.. lol (Ps. You're supposed to stay at the window, not pull around to the other...)

Please work out a system for no contact orders because with the available options I risked passing on COVID-19 to your staff. I called and left a voicemail about my online order, asking you all to place it on top of my car because I am sick with COVID-19. I still wound up having to come through the line in order to get it because you refused to accept any phone orders in my initial phone call, and I wasn’t sure you got my voicemail or not. To clarify I do love the tea, and I appreciate the food options. And the person who did bring me my order did her very best. But strictly adhering to protocol can make service worse and endanger your own staff.

Lovely coffee shop with friendly staff and a very funny double drive thru situation that always confuses folks. A go-to coffee stop for us as locals when we’re looking for something quick while in the car. Breakfast sandwiches are decent, and pastries are good! Very few tables for seating inside!

The E. Wash MOKA is a wonderful place. The coffee is excellent and the staff is outstanding. What a welcoming and uplifting place! Today I had an oatmeal cookie that was delicious. They always offer my small dog a puff cup with a smile and sweet words. 🐈💓

Fantastic place. Best to-go coffee that I have found in Madison. It's a drive-thru and they'll give you plenty of time to look at the menu.. I ordered a quad Americano and a quad latte.... that glorious angel did not even bat an eye at having to make eight shots of espresso for me. The latte was fantastic, I wish that I could drink 16 of them without dying. Get the latte man. An Americano is my standard coffee order and this is a great Americano. I bet all of their coffee is phenomenal I wish that I had found them on day one of my trip. Super affordable, great staff, easy to navigate drive-thru.
