ARIA Patisserie
3730 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV
Crema's Take
“Tucked inside the Aria Hotel, this 24-hour patisserie thrives on convenience and visual appeal rather than culinary depth, making it ideal for grabbing a quick pastry or gelato between casino visits or late-night cravings. While the beautifully presented desserts and impressive gelato flavor selection attract plenty of foot traffic, reviews suggest the experience is more about location and aesthetics than exceptional taste—better suited for casual pit stops than lingering coffee moments. It's a solid choice if you're staying at the hotel and want something open at odd hours, though specialty coffee enthusiasts might find their palates underwhelmed.”

The kiddies wanted some ice cream after the Arte Museum (at the thr Aria), so we ended up here. it's fine as far as ice cream goes, but it's not a very friendly place to sit down-- that's the thing.
The Patisserie is popular because of its location. Otherwise, anyone who thinks the pastries are tasty does not have a working palate. The pastries look MUCH better than they actually taste. Two stars for the consistently fantastic service, however, the food was 0/5. Dulce de Leche latte: an average-tasting caramel latte that got knocked down one star. The latte wasn't even heated to lukewarm temperature. Pistachio flan, raspberry beignet, chocolate blackberry cake, and the nutella babka were all disgusting. Everything was dry and lacking any complex flavors. Worst $60 spent. If you happen to be walking by, do yourself a favor and keep walking. If you're staying at the Aria, take the time to find a different pastry spot. After all, there are plenty nearby. I'd even recommend the short pleasant walk to Paris to eat DKAs at Dominique Ansel's new restaurant.
If your ever visiting Vegas, stop by the Aria Hotel and casino and inside the Patisserie you'll see the cafe and next to it the Gelato area. They have so many flavors! For me, the pistachio and coconut flavors. Delicious combo! The line does get long here especially on a hot summer day here in Vegas but so worth the wait and the line does move fast. Just like everything in Vegas, open 24/7! 👍❤️
This dessert/breakfast restaurant is located within the Aria Casino Hotel. It is one of the only places that is open 24 hours. We were able to try the pastry area and the gelato. It seems that they were short staffed because of the long line and only 2-3 cashiers able to assist. The gelato tasted pretty good.
When you’re staying at the Aria, this spot is a must. The patisserie is super convenient, right in the hotel, and everything is beautifully presented. The pastries, sandwiches, and desserts are fresh and taste just as good as they look. It’s perfect whether you want a quick coffee and croissant in the morning or a sweet treat later in the day. It gets pretty busy here, and while the food is good, the service is just okay. They’re not the most user-friendly, so don’t expect much in terms of warm hospitality.
