Windmill Kc Coffeehouse

This is one of the best coffee shops in the KC Area. The atmoshere is welcoming and friendly. The drinks are great. The food looks awesome. There is also a patio out back that is peaceful and has lots of really nice plants growing.

We met Jim and Deb at an event and they told us their story about starting The Windmill so we had to check it out. The daughters had the Pumpkin Patch a cold brew with delicious foam and dash of cinnamon. We had the biscuit and gravy and the chorizo burrito (they sold out of the food fast-- it's Old Turner Days) we got lucky because both were delicious! I will say the chorizo burrito brought out the chocolate in the S'mores latte that I got. We will be returning and bringing more friends!

Very friendly staff and clean atmosphere. They have a free library to cater to all ages! Fast service. Good flow of customers whom seem to be regulars and greeted by name. Very comfortable setting.

First time in Kansas City and was looking for a coffee shop near our hotel. Found ourselves at Windmill KC Coffeehouse - the staff was super friendly and seemed to know a lot of the people walking in by name. The drinks and food were delicious and came out very fast. The atmosphere is quaint and cozy. Would definitely recommend!

Debbie and Rachel and two of the MOST friendly people I've met at a local coffeehouse. My wife and I travel quite often and always visit local coffeehouses and Windmill is right up there with the best of them. Great coffee. Americano for myself and a latte for my wife. Will definitely be return customers even though we live 30 minutes away!
