Moka & Co
190 Angell St, Providence, RI
Crema's Take
“Moka & Co brings authentic Yemeni coffee culture to Providence with rich, expertly crafted drinks like their signature moka spice latte and saffron adeni chai, making it a rare and welcome addition to Rhode Island's coffee scene. The thoughtfully designed space feels genuinely warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating that invites you to linger, and while their specialty drinks are the real draw, be prepared for premium pricing that doesn't always match the execution across their whole menu.”

The latte (regular almond milk ) was not only $9, it was so awful and cardboard tasting I had to throw it out. Genuinely felt like I was choking it down… I know they’re known for their specialty lattes but I feel like the foundation should be good before signature drinks are. Something’s off with the espresso and milk Owner was really nice and environment is super cute so I really hesitated to write this review:(
Moka & Co is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The coffee is consistently fresh, smooth, and made exactly how you ask for it. You can tell they really care about quality in both their drinks and food. What makes it even more special is that it’s a Muslim family-owned and a franchise so you know it’s done right with quality products, and that sense of family and hospitality truly shows in the service. The staff are friendly, respectful, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. Overall, it’s a really good coffee shop with great vibes, fair pricing, and dependable quality. Whether you’re meeting friends, getting some work done, or just grabbing a quick cup, Moka & Co is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent new option for Yemeni coffee in RI! First of its kind in RI. Delicious adeni chai and lattes (we tried the moka spice latte) which had a nice cardamom and cinnamon. It was very nice. The seating area is very aesthetic and clean. Also so cool that you can still cookies from Feed the Cheeks! Definitely recommend checking them out.
So happy to have a Yemeni coffee shop nearby The coffee is absolutely delicious, rich, and authentic, plus, they offer an amazing selection of desserts Such a cozy and welcoming place Highly recommended! 🤍☕
Finally, a Yemeni Chai spot in RI !!! Visited Moka&Co on the first day, atmosphere was great, sitting place is very nice cozy and friendly. Great menu items, tried the saffron adeni chai which was great, visiting again to try other chai and desserts. Highly recommeded.
