I love having a Thomas Hammer coffee shop right in the West entrance to Providence Medical Park building here in Spokane Valley;))

I didn't order anything since I was just waiting for a patient at the clinic. However, I did witness extraordinarily kind customer service by the counter staff. I hope that they know how even a small interaction, if it's positive, can make a huge difference! Great job!!

I came in at 11am to chaperone my sister who had hip surgery and was here for her post op appointment. I got the gingerbread chia, which was absolutely delicious and HOT. The young man with the glasses was so nice and understanding, especially when he asked my sister what she was having and she responded, 'I had surgery.' He was professional and did not roll his eyes, he just smiled politely. I'm definitely coming back!

This place always has great coffee. Thomas hammer coffee in general is smooth and delicious. The girl that works here is wonderful and always helpful with any questions, had good suggestions to try, and just all around sweet.

Every time I buy coffee from this nice little coffee shop , everyone is so nice !!!! They have the cutest little coffee cups for sale . I got one that has a little rabbit that sits in the bottom of the cup. So the rabbit appears as you drink your coffee. I bought one for a friend of mine that loves rabbits, she loved it ! They have 12 different cups with octapuses puppys, cats , and such like , and my cafe mocha was outstanding !
