If a person is looking for a craft and conessuer experience for coffee in the PNW this is the spot. The coffee is roasted here and is well understood down to the grind size, pressure of shot, the steaming of the milk nd the pour, to bring it all together for the best coffee experience expressed through their beans and roast. The experience that is brought to this location is the experience that Spokane has always needed. Very very intelligent staff with a passion for what they do for every pour, Cambria was the most incredible barista I have ever had the pleasure conversing with about coffee and the New Love Coffee. The immense amount of pride that she takes in what she does and for the New Love Coffee ownership was a breath of fresh air and amazing to hear from her. The experience and knowledge she brings to every pour is inspiring and makes me very happy to see this area being effected is such a beautiful way from that experience and knowledge. I can relax in this environment with bringing my businesses meetings to this location in their conference room space which is a big game changer for a Liberty Lake and the Spokane Valley region. The environment is comfortable, open with plenty of natural light and amazing seating both upstairs and downstairs with and incredible view of the north valley mountains. Their roasts are very well thought out and are a great price for what they provide. Most of the coffee shops in Spokane and the area have fallen off in quality of their beans and roasts, making it nearly impossible to find a good coffee location that provides the subtle notes of every bean and roast through their elegant and incredible experience they provide at this location. Thank you for a great location we have all needed!🙏
While visiting Liberty Lake, we found New Love Coffee. We really enjoyed our first visit to New Love Coffee. The staff was super friendly and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. My drink was great, and the overall vibe was calm and comfortable. It was definitely a spot I could see myself coming back to for a quiet morning or a quick pick-me-up. The only thing that threw me off was the layout and aesthetic. It looked like there were other businesses, maybe real estate offices, tucked into the same space, and it made the flow feel a little confusing at first. Not a deal-breaker by any means, just not what I expected when walking into a coffee shop. Overall, really good coffee, great people, and a nice environment , just a slightly odd setup. I'd still recommend giving it a try!
New Love is our place! Been coming here consistently since June. They are prompt in service, friendly to chat with, and the atmosphere is very approachable. We are kinda coffee snobs, and like our coffee made a certain way. New Love always is open to our one-off requests, and doesn’t make us feel bad for having specific requests like a lot of coffee shops do. 5 Stars across the board!
Sometimes you have such an outstanding experience that you need to recognize it. And I want to take my time and recognize Michaela. She was amazing. On the first day she greeted me with a smile and recommended me a great breakfast pie. And that’s when I decided to come back. The second day I came back, she was there, remembered me, and recommended the other items. She went above and beyond: putting a cinnamon frosting on the pumpkin pie, opening a fresh bottle of hot sauce for my quiche, AND giving me a free pie because I was traveling. I’m from NYC so we have plenty of great cafes so it’s really the customer service that makes the place stand apart. And Michaela’s customer service did just that. I will be back because she made the effort to make me feel welcome and was extremely personable. To start a dreary day with someone with this much positive energy was wonderful. So thank you Michaela for going above and beyond, and I’m sure everyone else will experience something similar or even better 🙂 - Jarif from a Reef in NYC ✌🏽
My husband and I were visiting family and were looking for a fun funky little coffee shop to enjoy after dropping off our while our granddaughter at school. This, I’m happy to say, fit the ticket! I ordered their signature pumpkin latte that was sooooo delicious that I would have happily returned there everyday for the remainder of our visit. Go! You won’t be disappointed. The staff are friendly and it’s busy which tells me that whatever they are doing, folks are noticing.
