Burr & Berry Coffee

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I’ve thought about this one for days. The coffee here is great, but the customer service can be disappointing. One staff member in particular is consistently rude and comes across as very condescending. I’ve noticed other reviews mentioning similar experiences. I hope management will address this, as it really affects the overall atmosphere, and it appears this staff member will not change her attitude.

One of my favorites! Great coffee and friendly baristas. I just wish they didn’t have to come outside to take orders in the drive thru line when it’s cold or rainy. I think most customers would happily wait if the weather is rough!

I found this place on Google looking for a good cup of hot chocolate near me and I am so glad that I found them! The young lady was super nice and helped me create the most perfect hot chocolate. This is right around the corner from my Business and I will definitely be a frequent flyer now!!

My hairdresser, Joi, over at Styles by Lisa told me about this place--how amazing the coffee is. Truth be told, she was RIGHT!!! Wow! I ordered "The Bees Knees" iced and the "Vanilla Silk" hot (I always order at least two drinks from a new place) and they did not disappoint. The flavors are not too sweet, but just the perfect blend of creamy deliciousness every coffee should be. The service was friendly and the server's recommendation of the two drinks was spot on. The parking is plentiful, though you can drive up to the window and order if you'd like. There are many drinks to try. Take your pick! You'll be glad you did! 😊

Really enjoyed Burr & Berry Coffee in Charlotte, North Carolina. It’s almost like a little stand on South Boulevard. They also have a drive-through section. They have an unbelievably huge selection of different coffees and drinks. I had an oat milk cappuccino and it was probably one of the best I’ve had in Charlotte. They have a cute little outdoor section. Not sure if you’d be able to sit out there in the cold, but on a sunny day it was nice. They also have plenty of parking. The barista was quick and did a fantastic job with my coffee. She also gave my dogs some treats, which is always a plus. Will definitely go back.
