Crema's Take

Mila is a stunner of a hole-in-the-wall where espresso excellence meets Instagram-worthy aesthetics, with a genuinely welcoming crew that makes you feel like a regular on your first visit. Their signature creative drinks—like the Dirty Horchata, Coqueto Latte, and banana bread latte—elevate classic coffee traditions with playful flair, while their cafe de olla and dirty chai prove they nail the fundamentals too. Light, airy, and perfectly suited for lingering over work or conversation, it's the kind of cozy spot where you'll actually want to stick around.

If you want AMAZING coffee and a light and airy vibe...this is your place. They have great variety of coffees and pastries. Our favs so far are the Dirty Horchata and the new Coqueto Latte's! 🤌🤌 It's always a wonderful experience every time we go. From the service to conversations with the owners (who are AMAZING) you can't go wrong. We could sit for hours. If you haven't been...WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!

I love ordering a standard Dirty Chai Latte to compare to other cafes and it was top tier for Waco. Plenty of seating for the cozy space. I was able to take a work call (with headphones on) and no one heard the background noise from other patrons. There were others talking photos “working” and I bet they came out super cute. You can tell the owners take pride in the space and in the menu. This is a GREAT spot for a first date, coffee chat, post lunch meet up, or reading a few chapters of your next book. Lastly, people don’t like to talk about it all the time but the bathroom was CLEAN and we can all appreciate that!

Beautiful coffee shop with amazing coffee. We had the Dirty Horchata and Cafe Olla and both were amazing. Lovely vibe and good lighting.
