Crema's Take
“Good Time is a spacious, buzzing Long Beach favorite that takes its espresso seriously with a Slayer machine at its heart, earning consistent praise for thoughtfully crafted coffee and a genuinely welcoming vibe. Beyond the excellent cups, it's become a neighborhood hub where you'll find excellent breakfast burritos, fresh pastries, a surprisingly solid natural wine selection, and rotating pop-ups like one of the area's best smash burger vendors—all anchored by a layout that actually gives you room to breathe, whether you're camping out with your laptop or meeting friends. Come ready to wait on busy days, but come knowing you've found something genuinely special in Long Beach's coffee scene.”

Great coffee, good customer service, delicious breakfast burrito, host to one of the best smash burger pop-ups in LBC. Very good natural wine selection, fun merch
I stopped by Good Time Coffee on a Sunday, and just a heads up, it gets really busy. The lines can be long, and the shop is definitely buzzing, so be prepared to wait a bit. That said, it’s absolutely worth it. The coffee here is really solid. I’ve tried a latte, a cappuccino, and a couple of their specialty drinks, and every single time they’ve been consistent and seriously tasty. It honestly tastes like they make their own syrups. The flavors are smooth, not overly sweet, and don’t have that artificial aftertaste you sometimes get elsewhere. Even with the Sunday rush, the quality never slips. If you don’t mind a little wait, Good Time Coffee is a great spot for a reliably good cup. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
Compared to most Long Beach cafes, one thing that stands out is how spacious the dining area is. It’s a good place to work on a laptop, because there is a lot of seating and a lot of space between tables. I haven’t been to any of their events, but they have things like a trivia night, craft night, mahjong day, etc.
Rad indie coffee shop with the Rolls Royce of coffee machines called a Slayer 👌🏻 cool vibe and lots of indoor and outdoor places to chill. Local fresh donuts, croissants, BEER, wine and all sorts of popup food art events…and a hot crowd 😎
I love this place but today I ordered a burrito to go. The chorizo and cheese inside my burrito was burnt. If you can please pay attention when cooking and not serve customers burnt food. Please be more careful. saaaaad
