Absolutely amazing experience! My 4yr old was in her element and couldn't get enough kitty cuddles. The staff was so great and attentive to us and she was just as sad to leave the staff as she was the kitties! We will absolutely be back!

If you are a cat lover this is a must stop! I highly recommend getting reservations ahead of time to see the cats. For an average of $16.00 a person you get to go into their cat room for 45 minutes to explore, play with and pet their cats. They have over 20 cats wondering around a huge room complete with a bar where they serve beer, coffee, tea and cookies. Half the cats are up for adoption, while the other half are considered their resident cats. There are many areas to sit and relax with the cats including benches, swinging chairs, the bar, and comfy shag rugs on the floor. The cats are extremely soft and well taken care of and are very content and happy. They love the attention and if they don't want any attention they go into a separate room that are for cats and employees only. They do have a bathroom (for humans) that are very clean. In between their 45 minute sessions they thoroughly clean the area. It is not smelly at all and is a very clean place with an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will answer all your questions and know all the cats and their story, personality and behaviors. Finally they do have great merchandise you can buy from stickers to clothes for both cats and humans. We didn't have their food or drink but it looked tasty.

The cats were super adorable and the staff were very friendly and didn't pressure people to adopt the cats. Just mentioned they were up for adoption. I got to pet all the cats & felt very calm and uplifted during a day I was feeling lonely and sad.

I’ve always seen this place online and finally had the chance to go with my daughter—and it did not disappoint! There is a donation required to enter, which goes right back to the cats, and they also have specials on certain days (like Senior Day, College Day, etc.), so be sure to check their hours. Each visit is for one hour, starting at the top of the hour, so we waited about seven minutes, which was no problem at all. They ask you to sanitize your hands for the safety of the cats (and you), which makes sense, and they kindly ask guests not to pick up the cats. That didn’t stop them from hopping on us, though—the minute we sat down, one jumped right on my lap and clung to me, which was pure delight! There are around 25 cats, some permanent residents and some available for adoption. They even give you treats to feed the cats, which immediately gets their attention. The café itself is very clean (they were actively tidying while we were there), and it does not smell like cats at all. There are plenty of toys, comfy spaces for the cats, and friendly staff who clearly care about both the animals and the visitors. They serve food and drinks—I had a delicious coffee—and also sell cat products like toys, shampoos, and fun accessories for both pets and humans. Restrooms are available as well, which is a nice convenience. This is a wonderful place to bring children to safely interact with cats, or for anyone considering adoption. I had such a beautiful experience and will absolutely be back. Thank you, Neko Café, for creating such a warm and welcoming space for cat lovers! 🐾

We had a birthday party for my 6 year old daughter and it was AMAZING NG! Everyone was so friendly! The cats are just lovely! Good drinks. Kitty treats to hand out. Clean. Even played Taylor Swift for background music for the birthday girl! ❤️
