Blooming Floral Cafe
4408 N Florida Ave, Tampa, FL
Crema's Take
“This whimsical Tampa spot wraps you in botanical charm with its flower-themed decor that genuinely transports you to a peaceful garden escape. While the creative specialty drinks and beautiful pastry presentations shine, service can be inconsistent—so it's best enjoyed as a leisurely destination rather than a quick coffee run, especially if you're working on your laptop or meeting friends for an unhurried afternoon.”

This cafe is amazing and it’s my new favorite place. The vibes are so welcoming and peaceful and whimsical. I literally felt like I was in a magical fairy garden. You can tell that so much creativity and care goes into every drink, every dish & every detail of decor around the entire space. I’d recommend this place to any foodie or anyone who loves a whimsical or feminine energy
I was very disappointed in how bad and inefficient the service and operations were. The staff was nice enough, but not good at their job. Service was bad. Non fluent English speakers, lots of miscommunication, poor bill giving. Great concept but poor execution. Super cute, but it was scortching hot outside, we waited at least 20 min just to order and another 15-20min to get our drinks(outside, we were not allowed inside), take out and dine in needs to be separated. It got congested and long wait times for no apparent reason. Waiting in the blistering sun just to order and for the drinks themselves. The waitress didnt check us out correctly, messed up the receipts, took away my checkbook before i even signed the check and gave my friends 2 receipts to sign but didnt say it was 1 for each person, thinking it was a customer copy and a merchant copy. Barely spoke English. Would call out name associated with food order, but then say another name (ex. Lily, Laelani?), basically whispering it, then proceeded to put the iced coffee and food on a decorative cart in the direct sunlight. No one could park, had to vertical limbo to get out of the car. The drinks were actually good, good size. Around $7 per drink. -Hazelnut White Mocha Iced Latte -Blueberry Vanilla Latte -Raspberry Chocolate Latte
A Slice of Paris in Our Own Backyard 🥐🌸 If you’re looking to escape the daily grind without booking a flight to Charles de Gaulle, look no further. This charming, woman-owned gem is easily the most enchanting spot in town. From the moment you step inside, you’re hit with the divine aroma of freshly roasted espresso swirling with the scent of lilies and eucalyptus. It’s a sensory experience that feels less like a local shop and more like a hidden floral atelier in Le Marais. Why You’ll Fall in Love: • The Parisian Vibe: The decor is effortlessly chic. Between the marble bistro tables and the floor-to-ceiling floral arrangements, it is undeniably "cute" and infinitely Instagrammable. • Best-in-Class Service: The staff here sets the gold standard. They are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and move with a grace that makes even a busy morning rush feel calm. • Flowers & Foam: There is something uniquely soul-soothing about sipping a perfectly crafted oat milk latte while a florist assembles a bespoke bouquet right next to you. • Female-Led Excellence: You can feel the intentionality and care in every detail—it’s clear this shop is a labor of love by women who know exactly how to create a community space. The Verdict: Whether you need a quiet corner to write, a romantic spot for a coffee date, or just a fresh bundle of peonies to brighten your home, this is the place. It’s not just a coffee shop; it’s a daily vacation.
The place is beautiful!! We checked in at 11:30. We did not get seated till 12:30. We did not get our drinks, two sweet lemonades one was supposed to be raspberry one was supposed to be strawberry, but they got my order wrong and I got a strawberry and then also a Matcha cheesecake until 1:15 our food came out at 1:45 all we ordered were two avocado, toast, and turkey bites.I felt like they were more worried about the carryout then the people inside the building. Yes, I will try it again. Hopefully, it goes better.
This is an adorable little cafe with beautiful food presentation, taste, service and atmosphere! The inside has an eclectic mix of flower themed decor and coffee shop vibe. I ordered the raspberry chocolate later (1/2 sweet) and it was the right amount of sweet. You could taste the raspberry and the chocolate in perfect balance. A small dried rose garnished the top for a special touch. My daughter ordered a cold brew custom mixture and loved it as well. She also ordered the lavender lemonade which had really good flavors but very sweet. It was more “brunch” time, so I ordered the seasonal salad. Ripe strawberries, blueberries, avocado, red onion, and diced chicken with a lovely lemon honey mustard vinaigrette. I’m not a huge honey mustard fan but the additional lemon and vinegar made it fantastic! My daughter ordered the sourdough Avocado toast. It was nicely presented. The avocado was a spreadsheet a little too much citrus taste for me, but she liked it. It would have been perfect with sliced avocado instead, but that’s personal preference. Very sweet owner and team! I highly recommend but at peak times, I imagine it gets crowded!
