APM coffee
99 Kneeland St, Boston, MA
Crema's Take
“Tucked away on an unassuming Boston street, APM Coffee punches well above its modest storefront with boldly flavored espresso drinks and inventive smoothies that keep regulars coming back despite the easy-to-miss location. The cafe strikes that rare balance of serious coffee craft and genuine hospitality, with a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for lingering over breakfast or meeting a friend, though fair warning—the food can be inconsistent and pricey relative to quality. It's the kind of neighborhood gem that rewards curiosity: walk past once and you might miss it, but step inside and you'll understand why devoted customers call it THE spot.”

Don't let the 4.4 stars fool you – this is THE spot. Almost didn't walk in. Average storefront, easy to miss, mediocre rating. But my boyfriend and I peeked through the window and we were hooked. Holy shit, are we glad we trusted our gut. Step inside and it's this perfectly-sized cozy space with eclectic, slightly rustic vibes, plants everywhere, Intelligentsia swag on the walls, zero pretension. The playlist alone is chefs kiss – Love's Train by Bruno Mars into Older by Sasha Sloan. Whoever's curating knows what's up. Came for coffee only, stayed for the salmon croissant and bacon avo bagel that blew our minds. Full brunch menu, killer sandwiches, wraps (vegan options!), smoothies, you name it. We ended up hanging out for over an hour with our books, soaking in every second. Here's what kills me though: we were basically the only ones there. Sat watching the door like we owned the place, silently willing people to discover this gem. Really hoping they're crushing it on Uber Eats because they deserve lines out the door. If you're downtown, do yourself a favor. Grab and go or sit down. Either way, this place delivers the vibe!
I Love This Cafe!!! If you want healthy fresh real fruit smoothies this is your spot! The other drinks are good as well. but the Biggest highlight of this coffee shop is the different personalities and service style of the 2 employees there that accommodates different customers types. Helping you to not leave with a bad experience of the cafe. Lastly, the food leaves much to desire like others have expressed not worth it.
Excellent coffee and presentation. The food left much to be desired, however. The prices were as high as fancier cafes, but the pancakes seemed to be just prepackaged and microwaved. The bacon was similarly dry, like cardboard. Would not recommend shelling out for the food here. But the coffee and atmosphere was nice!
This coffee shop is so cute and has a fantastic brunch and smoothie menu. A rare gem: a high quality, small business coffee shop downtown! The breakfast wrap was delicious. The staff were very nice. I would make this a regular stop.
Decided to come here before my flight back home and all I can say is AMAZING. I got a regular latte and the espresso has a nice bold flavor. Also ordered the Chai latte and the flavor was out of this world. Food wise we ordered the egg and cheese sandwich and the egg scramble wrap. Both were good nothing crazy. Definitely will be going back if I travel back to Boston!! 10/10
