Ordered croissants and a palmier (palmerita is how I know it). Buttery, flakey, melted in my mouth. Can you say food is a spiritual experience (?), because that is how I'd have to describe it.
What an excellent establishment! Truly refreshing to find authentic food and coffee and the atmosphere that is made coffee shops a famous and integral part of western civilization. Real food with real ingredients!! 10/10 will stop here every time I go through Waco now.
Absolutely wonderful! All the pastries and breads were delicious. Just go and see what strikes your fancy - you can't go wrong!! Coffee is excellent too. So glad they are in Waco - this place is a must for locals and visitors alike!!
This is looking to be our favorite bakery. Most bakeries are surrounded with cakes and cookies. Here, it's definitely more of a French bakery. Looking forward to being a regular here.
Absolutely delicious! Everyone was friendly, and the facilities were clean. I'm not sure if they're pastries are made from scratch, but I can promise you their food is fresher and tastier than any other bakery in town!
