What a great new location for this coffee roastery and cafe !! Always done in a very artful way like you’d expect from Lucky Tree. In the middle of the park with so many cute tables to sit and enjoy the moment. The owner 🌹 Ashley 🌹 is an Angel as well as all others there !! Next time in downtown, have a peek and see the newest Lucky Tree ☕️ ♥️

We just happened upon this place while we were checking out the jazz night at Moore Square. We weren't expecting this place to be here, as the last time we were here there was a burger shop that neither of us wanted to try. We were so excited to find this place here! But only is the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but almost everything is gluten free and vegan. My husband got a local beer and I got a cider from Starrlight Mead in Pittsboro. Very good all the way around. After speaking to them for awhile, I found out that almost everything is made in house and is gluten free and vegan. This place is awesome! If you haven't been here yet, or checked our their other location on Hillsborough Street, you are really missing out on a local gem. We will definitely be back!

I used to frequent their Hillsborough St location a lot when I did a summer program in 2019. I’m glad that they had expanded and remain filled with art made by local artists. The staff were friendly and the vanilla maple latte was good!

It’s a cool new place on Moor square. Drinks and snacks are good. Quite wide variety to choose. We enjoyed Hibiscus tea and ice cream. Everything was yummy. I appreciate the option to customize my drink to make it less sweet because all American drinks are too sweet to me as an European. The cafe is nicely decorated. There are tables outside in shadow, so you can relax and enjoy your drink or snack. Recommend 👍

My recent visit to this coffee shop was underwhelming. Although there was no line, the coffee took over 10 minutes to be prepared. Unfortunately, the taste was quite sour and bitter, lacking the balance I typically enjoy in a well-brewed cup. I was also looking forward to trying the French toast sticks, especially because they’re made with coconut oil. While the concept sounded appealing, the execution fell short. The flavor was minimal, and the strong coconut oil aroma was somewhat off-putting. Given the portion size, I didn’t find them to be a good value. Additionally, the surrounding area felt a bit uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall experience. There may be potential here, but unfortunately, this visit didn’t meet expectations.
