Delicious spot for coffee and macarons! They have king cake macarons as well, which were super yummy!

Searching for dessert after dinner, we found Sucre—a visually stunning sweet shop just outside the French Quarters in NOLA. The shop is spotless, and the desserts are displayed like little works of art. We tried the Peanut Butter Dome, the S’mores Bar, and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. All were delicious, but the portions were very small, and the total came to $32, which felt steep. While the service was friendly and attentive, the pricing makes it hard to justify a return visit. Beautiful presentation, good flavors, but definitely overpriced.

Got a sweet tooth? This is the spot! These fine confections are made from two different types of people. The first person focuses on flavor, then the second one presentation. Absolutely amazing!

Service is so freaking amazing, but the dessert was sickening, sweet.. I was only able to get through two bites. I had the lavender bar, and I honestly couldn't do more than 2 bites to an entire bottle of water. The young ladies know their stuff and offered great suggestions. If you have a sweet tooth and non diabetic then this place is for you.
