Great Lakes Coffee Roasting

$9.00 and you get a 2/3 full cup of Latte. Never again will I buy from here in Detroit Airport. I gave 4 stars for service because it was quick. But when they give you 2/3 your drink I guess it does take as long. What a rip off!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a matcha, asked for extra matcha, and was still given the latte you see here. I even asked the barista to add a bit more matcha and she gave me a really hard time. The picture included is with the extra matcha… my mistake for not reading…

Stopped by for a quick drink while at a conference in Huntington place. Their strawberry matcha was really good!

Ordered a bacon egg sandwich and hash browns. The guy making them for one didn't cook the bacon, it was raw, he then didn't even make the hash browns. When I asked about them there was no apology, he didn't say a word to me. He threw some hash browns in the oven for maybe 15…

It boggles my mind that a coffee establishment doesn't take names for your order for either food or coffee, especially when it is busy. There were between 15 and 20 people waiting for their coffee, but who knows who's mocha is who's if you dont call names. Silly.....and lazy.…
