Cute place, I had no idea that I lived so close to it. I got an açai bowl and it was absolutely enormous! For $10 this is a great deal if you're hungry!! The person working was nice and she washed her hands before making my bowl which was great. You'd be surprised how many people don't wash their hands.

I had no clue this place has been open for 11 years. With that being said, it's right on a main street but set back a bit. When I was googling places, they showed up, but when I walked in it's not what I was expecting. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that it is a fitness studio with a shake bar, which is how I would describe it. My son and I ended up ordering two healthy protein shakes, and they tasted great. The lady was very nice and friendly. We are on this side of town often and will definitely stop by again. Thank you, Tumamoc Nutrition.

Disappointed. After our stroll up Tumamock hill went to Tumamock Nutrition. They say they open at 7. We waited patiently 15 minutes for them to open, and another 5 less patiently past 7. Still no sign of anyone.

This is an amazing place. They really go above and beyond to help me stay healthy. If I need anything, they deliver it out to me, meet me curbside, and masked up always making me feel safe! Whenever they aren’t open, I call them and they open just me on Christmas, New Years, literally any day! It is crazy how much these guys care about their customers. You are in the right hands here. If there is an issue, talk to them because these guys want to make you as happy as possible. Get the crepes and waffles! Definitely their specialty. Oooh and the lemonades!
