Be Kind Coffee - Downtown

I prefer to visit free standing cafes when traveling although I consider myself a Starbucks fanatic. This cafe was five minutes from my hotel and what a treat! I purchased the cortado with oak milk and lavender syrup - the lavender was so potent which was lovely. Nailed my preference for “sweet & strong” blends. This selection was even better the second time I ordered it on day two of my visit to Waco. I ordered to go both times so I won’t comment on environment/vibe, but it seems to be a popular place to visit and it was very clean. Glad I stopped by. ☕️

I found a new coffee spot and they made my drink exactly how I like it. I ordered a coconut latte, sugar free, with just a touch of sweetness. I really enjoy supporting local businesses instead of large coffee chains. They also offer delicious pastries.

Cute place, very bright. Good vibes! I will say, the acoustics were a bit rough. Lots of people talking loudly in a small room, so hard to hear over the echoing. The coffee was also a tad waterry, but I didn't mind it! Will likely be back, especially knowing they have good values.

Omg the best avocado bagel sandwich ever!! The boiled, shredded egg and cream cheese hit so perfectly. The first bagel sandwich I’ve eaten in a long time that didn’t squeeze out each time I took a bite. Fantastic! Thanks guys.

Great coffee, great staff, and a great environment all around. The vibes are welcoming, and the service makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend Be Kind Coffee for both locals and visitors—definitely a 10/10 experience!
