Unless you're a dedicated fan of their Spicy Hobo sandwich and don't mind the risk of a $25 mediocre lunch and sticker shock at the register, there are better breakfast options in Montauk.”

Buyer beware: princes not as advertised - got two bagels here this morning that ran me $38. The staff admitted that the prices on their chalkboards were not the actual price of the food. Bagels were solid, otherwise would have given 1 star.

Alright yes, I had to review all three locations. Same layout you would expect from all franchises. The difference I noticed is that the ice coffee isnt self serve. You have to ask for the cups. But no medium. Only S -> XL. The 'CC' and 'Scal' everything bagels were good. Good…
It can get super busy in here but it’s totally worth it. My favorite sandwich is the Spicy hobo.. definitely worth the wait so don’t let a line out the door scare you off.
