This is a beautiful café with a great ambience. They offer tea, coffee, Indian-style chai, and a variety of teas along with light refreshments and snacks. I especially love their masala chai and karak chai. I’ve tried a few of their rolls as well and really enjoyed them. There are other places where I get my tea, but this one is definitely my favorite. I always look forward to coming back.

I have been to cupsnchai a decent number of times since they opened in Ann Arbor. Sometimes I go to study and other times just to sit and chat with friends. Beautiful store design, lowkey and chill place. Last week, I catered an event from there, and the service was top notch. This was the first time I had their food, and it was extremely impressive. They had two chicken options (i loved the chutney chicken slider) and one vegetarian option, all were very good. They catered a drink for us (passion fruit lemonade splash) as well, and it was amazing. One thing that I also have to comment on was how easy it was to work with them, the team was so responsive and helped us put on a great event even on two days notice. Top tier service.

It was our first time at CupsnChai, and we were absolutely impressed. The tea was incredible! I’ve never had tea that delicious before. It was perfectly spiced, creamy, and truly something different. I’ve never experienced tea like this anywhere else. Huge compliments to the team – everything was outstanding. The staff was also very friendly and patient with us, especially since we weren’t sure what to order at first. We’ll definitely be back!

its not even 10 min thats im here and yet leaving the review cos they made me feel like im backhome! we got to try kheer, chai and falooda as we entered and omg i couldn’t decide which one is the best everything here tastes delicious!!! we ordered kati roll and lahori melt and a matcha and it arrived within 5 mins and it hit the spot! we’re in Michigan for a wedding so gonna miss this place!

Awful all around. Coming in, we were excited to try the coffees. The menu had a lot of options, and the theme of the restaurant seemed nice. We ordered 3 coffees, 2 of them just black coffee. I am not sure what's wrong with their black coffee. It could've been the filter not being replaced, but it had a rancid smell, like it's rotten, and the taste was even worse, extremely bitter and disgusting all around. I couldn't take more than one sip of it. We informed the staff at the front. They remade one to try, and it was the same exact issue. They just stated that it's fresh. They didn't offer any solutions, nor a replacement with another drink, nor a refund. We left the drinks with them, and left. It woukd seem to me that this is normal for them. Edit: The owner responded this is a fake review, so in addition I added my in person transaction. I add a lot of review as can be seen on my account, so sometimes I wait and do them all at once as I've done now. Its sad really. They'd rather just discredit the review, than fix the problems they're having. There is also another review stating the same issue, so clearly it's not one single interaction.
