Patera

Crema's Take
“Patera is a cozy Spokane gem that goes far beyond standard coffee shop fare, crafting inventive signature drinks like their beloved Calm and Confident tea and creative kava libations alongside vegan-friendly breakfast options that locals rave about—their blueberry pancakes with lemon butter and spicy brunch waffle casserole are particularly legendary. The intimate, relaxing atmosphere and genuinely friendly service make it the kind of place where you'll linger over a matcha or specialty chai whether you're flying solo or gathering with family, and you'll likely leave already planning your next visit.”

Great food. Must in Spokane. We ordered some kava drinks and I received a lovely lavender libation, a breakfast burrito that was panini pressed, and she a bbq sandwich with a patera chai. all vegan plant based. Highly recommend this place for cruelty-free eats (:
Cosy and cute place to come and relax with or without company and enjoy delicious and unique drinks. Came with my family and they really liked it as well. They said they'd be back. Service was friendly too 😊
This place offers a nice, cozy environment to enjoy a light breakfast or lunch. I had their brunch waffle casserole which was pretty good and spicy! Just how I like it. The food isn't super decadent but rather simple and to-the-point. I also had their calm and confident tea which was very nice. The food won't knock your socks off, but it's a nice atmosphere to hang out and take a break in.
The blueberry pancakes with lemon butter are the best pancakes I have had in my entire life. Highly recommend. Beautiful relaxing atmosphere, delicious drinks ( had the Calm and Confident tea), and as someone who is lactose intolerant, I’m so excited that I can eat anything here without worrying!
We have been here few times and it truly is a great place. From music, to food, to Atmosphere I truly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have best mock-tails/cafe drinks in town and try The owners amazing vegan food. We went for a Valentine’s Day dinner and they were very nice to work with our dietary restrictions. 1,000% recommend.
