Crema's Take

This independent roaster in Irvine has earned serious devotion for their exceptionally balanced drip coffee—reviewers rave about its smoothness, brightness, and nuanced notes of chocolate and hazelnut that never tip into sourness. Beyond the craft coffee, what really shines through is the unpretentious vibe and genuinely kind baristas who've won over Orange County coffee lovers looking for good vibes alongside their morning cup.

Best drip coffee I ever had. It had dimension. It was smooth and delicious. Bright and fruity, reminiscent of dark chocolate, but not a puckering sour. Subtle notes of chocolate, hazelnut, and light cinnamon that I got at the top of my palette. Finished with a delightful sweet roasted chestnut flavour, and a pleasant toasty aftertaste. Wasn't thin at all -- just right. Some coffee is just adenosine-blocking fuel, but this, this was an experience. Thank you Raised by Lions for restoring my faith in drip coffees. (I've had rlly bad ones 😢) Also, the service was great. They were warm, cordial and saw to all of my needs. I will say that you should bring a full battery, as outlets aren't everywhere. But they have outlets. 10/10 would come back.

I have zero complaints about your coffee. None. And all of the employees are great.Your Wi-Fi password is incredibly difficult to type in though. I see you have a QR code. Why not post it at all the places that you have your password. Also, I’ve just gotta tell you that your wheelchair tables are way too high. especially the one outside. If you look at it, it is about an inch and a half to 2 inches higher than the regular tables. The reason is because you have the little feet at the bottom of each of the legs completely unscrewed all the way. That makes the table really high. You do not need the table so high. When you roll up in a wheelchair, it is up to the chest. People that aren’t in wheelchairs that are sitting there look like little kids sitting at the adult table. Just a thought. The table up against the window is also pretty high.

Raised by Lions!? 🦁🐯 Literally nothing to complain about. Only good vibes, tasty coffee, and a chill atmosphere. Guests aren't pretentious. Probably the nicest baristas I've met in Orange County. I visited because I LOVE THE NAME. Ended up staying far longer than expected to work on a few documents. Wi-Fi is strong. A++ will definitely be a loyal customer whenever I'm in the neighborhood.

I stopped by here for the first time and had one of their seasonal drinks an ice latte with oatmilk and pumpkin cream. Extremely delicious! All ingredients were high quality. And they roast their own beans. Staff were welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this coffee shop!

We had pulled over to go to a different store but needed coffee too, so we stopped here. Wow.... I had no idea what a treat that was gonna be! I had the cinnamon toast latte iced and my daughter had the double matcha latte, also iced. I wish we had one of these in Seattle!!! Great service too. Excellent, delicious coffee!!!
