Crema's Take
“Central Bean Cafe is a beloved Filipino-owned espresso bar where rich, flavorful coffee pairs beautifully with freshly made pastries and breakfast sandwiches that keep locals coming back within days of their first visit. The standout experience here is genuine—think crispy pan de sal baked fresh daily, buttery Silvana cookies layered with buttercream and merengue, and a longanissa breakfast sandwich on a perfectly flaky bun that reviewers can't stop raving about. It's the kind of cozy, unpretentious neighborhood spot where you'll want to linger over your espresso and soak in the warm hospitality.”

OMG! The longanissa breakfast sandwich did not disappoint. The pan de sal is made fresh daily and you can tell. Seriously the best pan de sal I have had in a long time. Owned by a Filipina mother and daughter! So sweet and kind. Please support this local business. Their treats are tasty and the drinks were delish! Salamat po!
It's my favorite place to have coffee and sweets or sandwiches. Great place to hang out. The staff is friendly, and new items are being added to the menu.
Cozy and urban-feeling delicious Filipino bakery. If you haven't had Filipino desserts before, I highly recommend the Silvanas. It's like a thick, crumbly, wafer-y cookie with layers of creamy sweetness and cookie alternating (They have 3 Silvanas flavors - Original, Oreo, Biscoff). Staff are very polite and friendly, and the small space is well-decorated. A few savory options are available, but it's more of a cafe style menu than a full-on restaurant situation. Pictured breakfast sandwich was delicious. Also, I recommend the butterfly pea mint lemonade, very refreshing!!
Amazing! Get the 'Silvana' cookie with buttercream and thin merengue layers with cookie crumbs on the outside. Also the longanissa breakfast sausage sandwich. The bun is super delicious and flaky. Not like a crappy mass produced bun. Excellent prices on food and pastries. Home-made Filipino flavor. Also try the lengua de gato cookies (cats tongue).
I don’t even know where to start about this place, but I have been here twice within 3 days and that says enough! The coffee here is rich and flavorful it will NOT disappoint (unlike the pastry shop across the street unfortunately) . I live right across from this cafe and I’m so glad they opened up right next to me. I actually crave the coffee and croffles from here it might be my new addiction no joke. & support small business! You will not be disappointed, the owners are so sweet and let me try some pastries that are also baked fresh every day and the cold Brew since I complained about the pastry across the street being flavorless, the seating is so cute and the prices are averaged but not expensive. I will definitely be coming here weekly
